PERU – Raymond and Theresa Kerr of Naples, Fla., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kathleen Mary Kerr of Alexandria, Va., to Reginald Glenwood Bragdon of Woodbridge, Va., son of Jerome and Constance Bragdon of Peru.
Miss Kerr received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Connecticut College and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Brandeis University. She is a supervisory patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Bragdon is a 1989 graduate of Rumford High School and a 1993 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He is a supervisory patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. on Nov. 4 in Manassas, Va.
