Kids’ gala

LIVERMORE FALLS – Emmanuel Assembly of God will host a free Kids’ Celebration from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 24.

There will be a bounce house, a puppets show, games, food and face painting. For more information, call the church office at 897-5400.

DAR luncheon

LIVERMORE – Colonial Daughters Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, will meet for a luncheon buffet at noon Tuesday, June 27, at the Lakeside. Guests from the Mary Dillingham and Ruth Heald Cragin Chapters have been invited.

Deborah Judkins, a new member of the Colonial Daughters, will be the featured speaker and will share her knowledge on Benjamin Franklin/Yorktown. Anyone wishing to attend the gathering is welcome. Call Anne Kendall at 778-4882 for reservations.
