TURNER – The Turner Patriots earned 2 wins in recent action in the A-K Girls Softball League. Morgan Erskine and Ashley Hinkley were repeat hitters as the Pats outslugged the Turner Blue Jays 12-10. Rebecca Rancourt was the winning hurler, with Hinkley gaining a save. Carolann McClellan stroked a triple for the Jays. . . Erskine collected 3 hits as the Patriots beat Sabattus Red 21-9. Adding 2 hits each were Adrianne Newton, Mariah Treadwell and Katelynn Leadwell. Hinkley was the winning pitcher.

AUBURN – Shon Collins and Rick Giguere each swatted a homer as Motor Home defeated Tail Gators 20-8 in recent action. Brandon Gibb homered for the Gators.
