LEWISTON – Eva A. Bousquet, 86, of Lewiston, passed away on June 15, at Central Maine Medical Center with family by her side.
She was born in Lewiston on April 6, 1920, the daughter of Samuel and Amanda Taylor Bousquet. She was educated at St. Peter’s School and Cours Superieur. She worked as a city hall clerk typist. She was an avid parishioner at Saints Peter and Paul Basilica. She loved doing crafts. She belonged to Saints Peter and Paul Society, La Survivance Francaise, and the foreman Patronage des beaux arts.
She is survived a sister, Agnes B. Winn of Lewiston; two sisters-in-law, Ann Bousquet of Lewiston and Dorothy Poitras of Brunswick; two god-children, Mary Margaret Winn Benzinger and Marietta Lamarre Buck; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; four brothers, Emile, Wilfred, Lucien and Joseph; and three sisters, Diane Bousquet, Anna Guay and Marie Lamarre.
