RUMFORD – A concelebrated Mass of christian burial for Thomas J. Gallant was celebrated Tuesday June 20, at St. Athanasius and St. John Catholic Church. The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the principal celebrant. The Rev. Sylvio Levesque concelebrated. Mark Belanger was the organist. Special music selections were “One Day at a Time,” “Ave Maria,” “Amazing Grace” and “What Could My Jesus Do More.” Readings were done by Theresa Fraser. Pallbearers were Joseph, Peter, Pat and Tim DeFilipp, and Frank DiConzo, Robert Perry, and Jay Petrie. Honorary pallbearers were Nancy Faucher, Lynn Petrie, Kathy Gallant, Debra Buotte, Andrea Flaherty, Lisa Averill, Terry Umbro, Connie McKenna, Tina Jacob and Ann Marie Umbro. Interment will be at a later date in St. John Cemetery. A reception followed at the Sons of Italy. Relatives and friends may pay tribute at www.mem.com. Services were under the care of S.G.
