One of the strangest cases in the annals of the New York City Missing Persons Bureau may require the exhumation of the body which lies under the headstone of Nicholas Matta, here in West Paris. Charles A. Matta of this town, who has been informed by authorities that his brother, Nicholas, is dead in New York City, told State Police that the same brother was buried here in May. The brother, according to Charles, was supposed to have died in New York, Jan. 29, and the body was sent here in a sealed casket for burial, May 3. Peter Stanton said the Board of Selectmen he heads will hold a hearing and decide whether to license the National Football League game scheduled here for Monday night, Sept. 21. If the license request is rejected, the Patriots would have several options, including a court appeal or moving the game elsewhere.
