BETHEL – The Bethel Common will come alive with 50-plus artists and craftspeople showing and selling their wares during the 17th annual Bethel Art Fair to be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 1.

Along with the art, live entertainment on Bethel’s gazebo will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Those attending can bring a lawn chair to hear the music of Jewel Clark and Don Katlin. Another musician, Connie St. Pierre, will perform throughout the day.

Children are welcome to visit the children’s area to have their faces painted and to create their own work of art, compliments of the Mahoosuc Kids Association.

Following the fair, the public may take a stroll through the historic village. The day will end with a display of fireworks that may be viewed from the Common or the back lawn of the Bethel Inn Resort and Country Club.
