auburn – A four-axle truck tipped over on Washington Avenue about 2 p.m. Thursday causing an estimated $10,000 in damage.
According to a police report, the truck was “backing up to dump a load of fill behind 1247 Washington [Ave.] when it drove onto a patch of soft soil, causing the truck to tip over onto its right side.”
The truck is owned by Washburn Excavating Co. of Minot and was being driven by Jeffrey Kendall, 43, of Sumner.
It was towed by Greeley’s Towing.
