• A vehicle driven by Joseph Robinson, 29, East Andover Road, Andover, collided with motorcycles owned by Nathan A. Hersom, 46, and Benjamin Hersom, 19, of Sanbornton, N.H., at 5:30 p.m. on June 23 as the two motorcycles were parked in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Robinson’s 2000 four-door sedan, make unknown, sustained $100 damage. Nathan Hersom’s 1997 BMW motorcycle sustained $2,800 damage, and Benjamin Hersom’s 1980, make unknown motorcycle, sustained $250 damage.
Dixfield
• A 2002 four-door Chevrolet driven by Stacey Lewis, 19, of Aunt Hannah Lane, Dixfield, struck a deer as it crossed Route 2 at 10:30 p.m. June 16. The deer was killed. Lewis’ vehicle sustained $1,500 damage to the front grill, hood and left front fender. Lewis was not hurt.

Mexico
• Jeffrey Blanchard, 22, of Katie Lane, Rumford, on a charge of assault at 1:01 a.m., June 22 on Worthley Avenue. He was transported to Oxford County jail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Sept. 5. Related to Blanchard’s arrest was a summons to Joshua Bernard, 23, of Swan Road, Mexico, on a charge of disorderly conduct. He received a summons at Rumford Hospital, where he was treated and released, sometime after 1 a.m. on June 22, after an alleged assault by Blanchard. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Sept. 5.
Dixfield
• Sean D. Hiscock, 30, of Severy Hill Road, East Dixfield, warrant, failure to appear on an assault charge, Androscoggin County, at 10:30 p.m., June 22 on Severy Hill Road. He was transported to Oxford County jail.

The following are to be arraigned on Aug. 1 in Rumford District Court:
• Charles L. Brown, 52, Rangeley, operating under the influence, 10:50 p.m. June 25 on Route 2. He was released on $100 cash bail. He was also summoned for possession of marijuana.
• Scott Hart, 24, Rumford, operating without a license, and Androscoggin County District Court warrant charging unpaid fines on charge of theft, 8:45 a.m. June 24. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.
• David Mitchell, 36, Rumford, warrant on charge of operating after suspension, 4 p.m. June 23. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.
• Carmen Austin, 18, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 8:26 p.m. June 22 on Smithville Road. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.
• Ronny R. Rumley, 49, Mexico, probation hold and violation of conditions of release, 4 p.m. June 22. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.
• A 13-year-old Rumford girl, domestic assault and obstructing the report of a crime, 8:13 p.m. June 21. She was released to parents.
• Randy Eaton, 41, Rumford, operating after suspension, 5:55 a.m. June 21 on Route 2. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.
• Thomas Brown, 52, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 2:40 p.m. June 19. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.
• Michael R. Robar, 59, Rumford, domestic assault, 2:11 a.m. June 19 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.
• Yaicha L. Provencher, 21, Rumford, domestic assault and violation of conditions of release, 9:07 p.m. June 18 on Oxford Avenue. She was taken to Oxford County Jail.
• Susan Coy-Thornton, 41, Rumford, domestic assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, refusal to submit to arrest or detention, and a Franklin County warrant, 8:15 p.m. June 17. She was taken to Oxford County Jail.
• Richard A. Dupuis, 37, Mexico, operating under the influence, 12:38 a.m. June 17. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
THEFT
Dixfield
• A 2005 red Kawasaki all-terrain vehicle owned by John Arsenault was reported stolen from Frechette’s Sales and Service on Weld Street at 4:43 p.m. June 19. Dixfield Police Chief Richard Pickett valued the vehicle at more than $6,000.
