It is time for the Auburn School Committe to list all the property the school department owns in the city of Auburn that is used for non-school purposes.

The school department has several buildings it is leasing, including an apartment house it is collecting rent on.

The school department is in the business of education. It is not a real estate company.

Where is the revenue going from that apartment house? If the school department wants to keep these properties, it should pay property taxes.
