RAYMOND – After a policeman noticed a window askew on a pizza joint on Roosevelt Trail, he stopped to investigate and found that more than $100 had been taken from the restaurant, Capt. Don Goulet of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.
When Deputy Matthew Tufts walked around back of Mains Pizza, he saw a man hunkered down in the shadows. He was identified as William Wood, 20, of Raymond, and charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
Police say they are looking for another person who left footprints at the scene and the money.
