We are sorry to have to write this letter, but most people are already aware of the Livermore Falls budgets. As of July 1 the town of Livermore Falls had to close the doors. That means that because of liability reasons and no way to pay for the Rec Program, we have to shut down too, until further notice.

The next town meeting is scheduled for July 10. If the budget passes, we will resume the program on July 12.

The kids certainly didn’t deserve this.

Some people have asked about the program being extended to make up for the lost week. That cannot happen because half of the staff has prior commitments in August. We will do the best we can to get as many trips in for the campers before the end of the month.
