RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Edith “Edie” Gallant was celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday, June 30, at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church.

The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. Wayne Petrie was the organist. Special music selections were “Amazing Grace,” “We Will Rise Again” and “Be Not Afraid.” Readings were done by Seth Gallant and Alison Gallant.

Pallbearers were Mike Smith, Eric, Brent, Ian, Jayme and Seth Gallant. A reception followed in the parish hall. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery.

Services were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
