Brunswick – Carl Grant Logan, 60, of Federal Street died Saturday, July 1, at his home.

He was born in Washington, D.C., Nov. 26, 1945, the son of Carl E. and Mildred T. Egen Logan. He attended Virginia and Washington, D.C., area schools.

After serving nine years in the Navy, he attended a technical trade school in Lewiston becoming a mechanic.

For six years he worked as a mechanic for Lilly Truck Leasing and then worked at several area mechanic jobs until retiring due to ill health.

He enjoyed working on cars, loved motorcycles and his dog “Bubba.” He was a member of the AMVETS in Yarmouth.

Survivors include a daughter, Margery Logan and her companion, Christina Lemieux, of Brunswick; three sons, Carl E. Logan and his wife, Nicky, of Auburn, Eric C. and Chad A. Logan, both of Brunswick; a brother, Charles Eveler of Virginia; and two granddaughters, Caitlin and Emily Logan.

He was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth Eveler.
