RYE, N.H. (AP) – Police are upping their presence on beaches along the Seacoast following at least three reports of men exposing themselves to beachgoers.

In one case this month, a family at Wallis Sands Beach in Rye said a man in his 50s or 60s lured their child away from a group of children, then exposed himself to the child. Police were notified, but could not find the man.

Two days later, a lifeguard and two women sunbathing off Wallis Road reported that a man in his 40s exposed himself to them. The man was not caught. Police don’t believe the incidents are related.

And in an incident last month, a woman at Odiorne State Park reported seeing a naked man walking in the woods. The man, who was wearing underwear or shorts over his head, retreated when the woman grabbed her cell phone.
