MEXICO – Funeral services for Edith M. Wentzell of Mexico were conducted Thursday, July 6, at the Mexico First Baptist Church, Mexico, with the Rev. Glenn Carver officiating. Organist was Donald Haines. Hymn selections included “Ten Thousand Angels” prelude, “The Old Rugged Cross,” “God Only Cries” postlude, and special music “In The Garden” was played by pianist Tim Blodgett. Readings were given by granddaughters Paula Wentzell, Heather Sorensen and Angela Wentzell. Words of Remembrance were given by Dale Thompson. Special music selection “His Strength is Perfect” was sung by Lynette Carver. Committal services were conducted by the Rev. Carver. Interment was at the Greenwood Cemetery, Dixfield. Pallbearers were Paula Wentzell, Todd Wentzell, Heather Sorensen, Chad Frisbie, Toby Thompson and Angela Wentzell. A reception followed the services at the Meeting Room at the Mexico Town Hall. Arrangements were under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home.
