LEWISTON – Lewiston police will file an affidavit today detailing information about a sexual assault, according to Lt. Donald Mailhot.
Police arrested Raul Zepeda, 43, of 176 Blake St., on Saturday afternoon and charged him with gross sexual assault, according to an arrest report. Zepeda was caught near his home on Blake Street and was in police custody by 4:30 p.m., Mailhot said.
He said the victim is a 13-year-old Lewiston girl. Her complaint was received by police at around 2:50 p.m., Mailhot said.
