To see the June 29 headline, “Woodcock gets boost,” the reader would think some terrible evil about Woodcock had been uncovered.

However, upon reading the article, what has been discovered is the fact that Chandler Woodcock is a regular guy, believes in God, loves his wife and family, served his nation in wartime, worked for a paycheck all his life, and has had the courage to say “no” to special rights for special-interest groups.

To think we have a candidate who will do what is best for Maine and the common person is startling.

One could only hope you keep revealing more about him.
