• Jeffrey N. Haynes, 38, of East Dixfield, operating under the influence, at 12:30 a.m. on June 3, on Rover Road. He was also charged with failing to give a correct name and address and possessing a usable amount of marijuana. He was transported to Oxford County jail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Aug. 8.

• Justin B. Clark, 27, of Farmington, on a warrant alleging failure to appear in Lincoln County court on a charge of criminal mischief, at 2:37 p.m., May 14, on Main Street. He was also issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and a useable amount of marijuana. He was released on $300 bail from the Dixfield Police Department. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Aug. 8.

• Erik S. Perry, 35, of Weld Street, Dixfield, violation of condition of release, at 10:30 p.m., July 1, on Weld Street. He was transported to Oxford County jail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Sept. 5.

• Joshua Robichaud, 21, Farmington, probation hold, 12:25 a.m. July 3 on Maine Avenue. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Dillon Auger, 19, Canton, disorderly conduct, 11:45 p.m. June 30 on Waldo Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• David Errington Jr., 38, Mexico, domestic assault and violation of conditions of release, 11:10 a.m. June 30 on Portland Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Gail A. Urquhart, 42, Rumford, violation of conditions of release, 10:50 p.m. June 29 on Maine Avenue. She was transported to Oxford County Jail.

• Susan Thornton, 41, Rumford, domestic assault and violation of conditions of release, 10 p.m. June 29 on Maine Avenue. She was transported to Oxford County Jail.

• Brexton E. Boudle, 22, Columbia, N.H., theft of drugs, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, 7:20 p.m. June 22 Smithville Road. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

Accidents

• June 30, Route 108 – Joshua Umbro, 20, Rumford, was not injured when the 1997 Geo he was driving struck a deer at 9:30 p.m. The car sustained an estimated $2,500 in damage.
