RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Daniel A. Gaccetta Sr. was celebrated Wednesday at St. Athanasius-St. John Church, Rumford, with the Rev. Alfred Jacques as celebrant. Organist was Mark Belanger and hymn selections included “Amazing Grace” and “Ave Maria.” Readings were given by Mariann Goff. Committal services were conducted by Deacon Rod Berger and interment was at St. John Cemetery, Rumford. Pallbearers were Frank Anastasio, John Anastasio, Eugene Anastasio, Phil Anastasio, Gary Downs and Stan Goff. A reception followed at the Madison Restaurant in Rumford. Arrangements were under the care of the Meader and Son Funeral Home.
