I was disgusted to hear about the recent pig’s head incident that happened while about 40 Muslims were in prayer.

I have been around the world and have visited many Muslim countries in the process. People I met were respectful, hard-working and, most of all, tolerant.

Now Muslims have come to the United States, seeking a better life, and this is the treatment they receive?

I don’t know any of the Somali population in the Lewiston-Auburn area, but I do know of Mr. Matthews, and I am disappointed and saddened that I do.

I never realized how prevalent ignorance is in the Twin Cities. How would Catholics feel if they were on the receiving end of such hatred?

I have just returned to the area after living away for a year, and after being home less than two weeks, I am greeted with that incident in the news. All I have to say is that I am ashamed that I am from here.
