OXFORD – Joseph H. and Sharon L. Bourassa of Oxford are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Joseph H. Bourassa III of Oxford, to Bethany Kahkonen of Oxford, daughter of Marie and James Crowley II of Weld.
Mr. Bourassa is a 2002 graduate of Mechanic Falls adult education and is employed as a plumber at Johnson and Jordan of Scarborough.
Miss Kahkonen is a 2004 graduate of Bakerstown in Poland and is a child care provider.
The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. on Sept. 9 in Harrison.
