LEWISTON – Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Taney Roniger of New Orleans, La., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Emery Ordemann of Bethesda, Md., to Michael Crittenden of Bethesda, Md., son Roger Crittenden of Lewiston and Ocala, Fla., and the late Susan Hand Crittenden.
Miss Ordemann is a 2003 graduate of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va., where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration. A certified public accountant, she currently serves as an internal auditor for Chevy Chase Bank in Bethesda, Md.
Mr. Crittenden is a 1997 graduate of Lewiston High School and attended Washington and Lee University as a Robert E. Lee honor scholar. A member of the varsity football team and editor of the school newspaper, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication and political science. He currently is a journalist covering financial services issues in Congress for the Congressional Quarterly in Washington, D.C.
The wedding will take place on Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in New Orleans, La. The Rev. Dr. Dabney T. Smith will officiate and a reception will follow at the Orleans Club.
