There has been suggestion, discussion and some angry words included in the speculation by scientists and the media that alien, extraterrestrial beings are invading our planet Earth.

The consensus appears to be that those beings, as they infiltrate, will control and subjugate all living beings on this planet.

I agree completely. Those alien beings are us, the human race.

We are successfully destroying the Earth’s resources. The atmosphere is being filled with debris from our scientific experiments. Pollution is uncontrollable and reaching the two poles. Glaciers are showing signs of melting, threatening the extent of Arctic life. The natural habitats of many humans and wild animals are threatened by oil drilling.

Humans determine when animals – fish, birds, inhabitants of the seas – are being overly exploited.

Do we check our numerous televisions and computers? Do we have several cars needed for our daily life, but using lots of gasoline which many of us cannot afford?

We continue on our destructive course with assistance from none other than other human beings.

Proof enough?
