CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Louis C. Gagne, 90, of Cambridge, Mass., died Friday, July 14, at the Neville Manor.
He was born in Auburn, Maine, on May 24, 1916, the son of Ludger and Eulalie Ouellette Gagne.
He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II and moved to Massachusetts in 1961. He was self-employed as a carpenter. In 1938, he played accordion for Curly and the Country Boys Band.
He is survived by a sister, Cecile Mercier of Auburn; a sister-in-law, Doris Gagne of Pompano Beach, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a sister, Yvette; and three brothers, Roland, Renee and Bertrand Gagne.
