AUBURN – Norman C. Morin, 74, of Russell Avenue, Auburn, died July 18 at The Hospice House in Auburn with his family by his side.

He was born in Lewiston on Sept. 20, 1931, a son of Lucien and Antoinette (Robitaille) Morin.

He spent 15 years in the U.S. Navy traveling the world. He received three Bronze Stars during the Korean Conflict.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed gardening.

He leaves his wife Betty Morin of Lewiston; a son, Neal Morin and fiance, Doreen Blais, of Auburn; three sisters, Jackie Martin of Sabattus, Simone Barriault of Florida and Mignonne St. Pierre of Lewiston; and four granddaughters, Jasmin, Nicole, Theresa and Makayla Morin, all of Auburn.

He was predeceased by two daughters, Noreen and Norma Morin; a granddaughter Tiffany Morin; and two brothers, Rosaire and Fern Morin.
