NORWAY – Norway Savings Bank announces Irene E. Millet has been promoted to assistant vice president, credit analyst, and Jill French has been hired as trainer.

Millet joined Norway in 1999 and has worked in the loan servicing and commercial credit departments. In her new role she is responsible for organizing and processing loan requests as well as reviewing existing commercial loans at the Congress Street office.

Millet is a former selectperson and budget committee chairperson for the town.

French has worked at Norway Savings for 16 years, holding the positions of teller, customer service representative, and teller supervisor. As a trainer French will train new tellers, implement training programs and facilitate classroom programs. She is based at the Norway office.
