WEST PARIS – Karen Ney was installed as postmaster of West Paris on July 19 at the town office.

Ney began her career 11 years ago as a window and distribution clerk in Norway. Since then she has served as a clerk at the South Paris Post Office. Her detail assignments have included officer in charge at the Hebron and Stoneham post offices.

Ney, as postmaster, is responsible for three other employees handling the mail for 324 post office boxholders and 505 possible rural deliveries.
