LEWISTON – Gloria M. Feeley, 79, of Phillips, died Thursday, July 20, at Central Maine Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 7, 1927, in Providence, R.I., a daughter of George E. and Rosemonde (Audet) Provost. She received her education in Rhode Island schools and married C. Arthur Feeley, who predeceased her in June 1985.

She retired from the Baollu Jewelry Co. in East Providence.

She retired to Maine, first living in Kingfield before moving later to Phillips. She enjoyed spending time with her family and close friends, and gardening.

She is survived by two sons, Charles A. Feeley Jr. of Phillips and Edward Feeley of Guam; one daughter, Gail Read of West New Portland; three brothers, Paul Provost of Hermit, Calif., Louis Provost and his companion, Cathy Hendrickson, of Kenmore, Wash., and George Provost and his wife, Dolores, of Maricopa, Ariz.; one granddaughter, Rosemonde Read of West New Portland; numerous niece and nephews; and very close friends, Armand Roy and Estelle Woodruff.
