TOGUS – Bernard R. Page Sr., 83, of Poland and Zephyrhills, Fla., passed on July 3 at the VA Hospital in Togus. He had made his home this year with his son in Paris.

He was born in Brooks on April 15, 1923, son of Carlton and Augustus (Maskell) Page. He served in the Army overseas during World War II.

He is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Lynne Schmidt, of Winthrop; a son, Bernard R. Page Jr. of Paris; three granddaughters; two great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; and special friends, Verna and Jeff Coolidge.

He was predeceased by one brother; three sisters; and his parents. At his request, there are no services.
