SOUTH PARIS – John and Karen Goodwin of Lewiston and Norma and David Meyer of Winthrop are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Alison L. Goodwin, to Brian R. Stimson, son of Dian and Wade Rainey and Robert Stimson of West Paris.
Miss Goodwin is a 1996 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Southern Maine, Lewiston-Auburn College, with a degree in social and behavioral sciences. She is currently employed at Spurwink in Lewiston as a juvenile risk-reduction case manager.
Mr. Stimson is a 1993 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and has been employed at Keiser Industries in Oxford for more than 12 years, currently as lead man.
The wedding is planned for 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23, at the mountainside home of Dian and Wade Rainey. A reception will follow at the Four Seasons Reception Hall in South Paris.
