GREENE – Bruce and Chontel MacMunn of Greene are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Brooke, to Adam Christopher Schlachter, son of Karl and Jill Schlachter of Cedar Hill, Texas.
Ms. MacMunn is a 2000 graduate of Leavitt Area High School in Turner and is a communication design student at the University of North Texas in Denton. She is employed at Half Price Books in Lewisville, Texas.
Her fiancé is a 2001 graduate of Bishop Dunne High School in Dallas and is also a communication design student at the University of North Texas. He is employed at ATC Logistics in Fort Worth, Texas.
The couple, formerly of Portland, resides in Denton, Texas.
Their wedding will be held on Aug. 13 at the home of the uncle and aunt of the future bride, Pauline and Christian Pierre in Lewiston.
