Stacy Cloutier of Lewiston, enrolled in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y., was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester. To qualify, students must achieve at least a 3.4 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) during the semester. Cloutier is a sophomore majoring in television-radio-film.
