NEWINGTON, N.H. (AP) – Two dozen members of the New Hampshire Air National Guard are getting ready to go overseas.
Thirteen members of the 157th Air Refueling Wing Security Forces Squadron are headed to Iraq for six months. Thirteen will be sent to a military base on Diego Garcia, in the Indian Ocean, for about two months.
A departure ceremony is being held Sunday at the Air National Guard base in Newington.
