NORWAY – Mark A. Rugg, 14, of Norway, died Tuesday, Aug. 1 at his home.

He was born in Lewiston on Aug. 22, 1991, the son of Debbie Rugg and Gene Reynolds. He would have been a freshman at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School in the fall.

He enjoyed fishing, swimming in pools, models and PlayStation.

He is survived by his mother, Debbie Rugg and her companion, Arthur Clukey of Norway; a sister, Amber Rugg of Norway; two uncles, Pete Quirrion of Norway and Mike Hebert of Waterford; an aunt, Sheila Pylican of Lewiston; his great-grandmother, Antoinette Quirrion of Livermore Falls; his father, Gene Reynolds of Waterville; grandmother, Aleta Ames of East Livermore; great-grandfather, Bill Brown of Livermore Falls; and two uncles, Jim Reynolds of South Paris and Bob Reynolds of New Sharon.
