DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) – None of the tickets sold for the Powerball game Wednesday night matched all six numbers drawn
Players matching all five numbers and the Powerball would have won or shared the $179.8 million jackpot.
The prize goes to an estimated $204 million for Saturday.
Tickets that match the first five numbers, but miss the Powerball, win $200,000 each, and there were 17 of those. They were sold in Colorado (2), Washington, D.C., Delaware, Iowa, Indiana (2), Minnesota, Missouri (2), North Carolina, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Wisconsin (2) and West Virginia.
There were Power Play Match 5 winners in Washington, D.C., Iowa and North Carolina.
The Tri-State Megabucks jackpot also went unclaimed. The estimated jackpot for Saturday is $2,125,000.
