FARMINGTON – Pine Tree Woman’s Care announced that Daisy Goodman, CNM, WHNP, joined its practice on July 31.

Goodman is a certified nurse practitioner/midwife who specializes in women’s health and obstetrics. Before joining Pine Tree Women’s Care, Goodman was affiliated with Rumford Hospital and Swift River Health Care as a nurse-midwife and women’s nurse practitioner for more than four years.

Goodman received her master’s degree in nurse-midwifery from State University of New York at Stonybrook. Prior to that, she attended Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, Ky., earning her women’s health nurse practitioner certificate and nurse-midwifery certificate.

She is certified in advanced life support in obstetrics, neonatal resuscitation, basic life support, and advanced cardiac life support.

Pine Tree Women’s Care offers women’s health services at its offices at 200 Livermore Falls Road in Farmington.
