AUBURN – People interested in cabinet making or timber framing will have an opportunity to take a course in each starting Tuesday, Sept. 5. Cabinet making (BCT 010-21) will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 5 to Dec. 19.
Participants will build a two-door/one-drawer, 24″x30″x12″ cabinet to take home. Participants should have a basic understanding of cabinet components, assembly and tooling processes. The cost of $375 includes materials for the cabinet.
Timber framing (BCT 012-21) will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 6 to Dec. 20. Participants will cut out and fit a bent frame and fit it together in the shop. The cost of $375 includes a book.
