POLAND SPRING – The wedding of Melissa Ann Jalbert and Billy Lee LaMontagne was held at 1 p.m. on May 6 at All Souls Chapel in Poland Spring. Pastor Marion Marks officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. LaMontagne is the daughter of Patricia Hill of Poland and Maurice Jalbert Sr. of Wilton. Mr. LaMontagne is the son of Pauline Blouin of Lewiston.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Best friend, Michelle Morris was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Christine Hill, sister-in-law of the bride, Johnna Ferland and Shannon Poulin. Rhayna Poulin was the flower girl.
David Madore, best friend of the bridegroom was best man, and groomsmen were Kirk Hill and Maurice Jalbert Jr., brothers of the bride, and Paul Poulin.
A reception followed the ceremony at the VFW Hall in Auburn, after which the couple spent their honeymoon on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
The bride is employed at TD Banknorth Operations Center in Lewiston and the bridegroom is employed at Auburn Public Works.
