The correct booking photo is above. In addition, the span of the accused’s alleged crime was incorrect. Murray is accused of raping a sleeping 19-year-old woman two days after being released from jail and following a drinking binge. He was released from jail July 26, was accused of rape on July 28 and arrested that night.
