JAY – Nine juveniles from the Jay-Livermore area are accused of egging several vehicles in Jay and Livermore Falls.

There were nine reports of vehicles egged in Jay, including vehicles parked at residences in Forest Circle, Franklin Road and Lavoie Street, police officer Russell Adams said Monday.

The incidents happened Aug. 8 and Aug. 9.

Over in Livermore Falls, five vehicles in the High Street area were reported to be egged, Livermore Falls police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said Monday.

Adams said there were nine juveniles, mostly female, in two vehicles involved in the incidents.

Police got a break in the case when Livermore Falls police spotted one of the vehicles involved at Cumberland Farms in that town.

The juveniles have not been charged in the case yet, Adams said.
