POLAND – The inaugural Wild Bear Spring Tri-Duathlon is scheduled for Saturday, August 19 at 8 a.m. at Range Pond State Park.

The event consists of swimming (1/3 mile), biking (16 miles) and running (3.1 miles). The duathlon allows athletes to substitute the swim leg for a 2-mile run.

Volunteers are sought for this huge endeavor.
