Has anyone noticed that there are not many who smile or say good morning anymore?

I am posting a challenge to your readers: Go out of your way to smile and say “Good morning.” It will change you.

Take a 30-day break from TV, computers or other distractions. Try listening to good music.

We receive too much information that we have no control over, which just gets us to worry. Worry changes nothing except our health. What you see makes you think, and what you think affects your actions. Your actions and attitudes affect your life.

Smile and be positive.

Go for a relaxing walk.

Talk to your spouse and children.

Look up at the stars in the night sky and be happy.

Those are things you can do that will bring happiness.
