AUBURN – Kenneth Allen Madore, 53, a resident of Middle Street in Livermore Falls, died Monday, Aug. 21, at Androscoggin Hospice House.

He was born on Dec. 25, 1952, in Palmyra, the son of Gerald and Frances Madore. He attended Palmyra High School. On Aug. 10, 2004, he married Frances “Fran” Brown of Livermore Falls.

Ken worked as a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed flower gardening, going to the coast and having the companionship of his four-legged family, including his cat, “Minnie Mouse,” and his dogs, “Fanny Mae” and “Spike.”

He is survived by his wife, Fran of Livermore Falls; his mother, Frances Madore of Palmyra; a brother, Thomas Madore and his wife, Nancy, of Etna; a sister, Cheryl Hanson and her husband, Dan, of Palmyra; a niece, Tara Madore; nephews, Chad Madore, Eric Hanson, Travis Hanson and his wife, Toni, of Bloomington, Ill. and Nicholas Hanson and Andrew Hanson of Palmyra; half-sisters, Diane Sutton and her husband, Harold, of Connecticut and Glenda Armandi and her husband, Conrad, of Oakland; and a special friend, Molly, a black lab.

He was predeceased by his father, Gerald Madore.
