The eighth annual L/A 5K Bridge Run & Kids’ Fun Run is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 27.

Race Director Mike Lacompte said motorists should expect traffic delays in the areas of Riverside Drive in Auburn and Canal Street in Lewiston.

The South Bridge will be closed from 8 to 8:15 a.m. and again from 8:30 to 8:40 a.m. Canal Street will be closed to all traffic from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
