Bridgton – Christopher “Chris” R. Toothaker, 27, of South Paris died Thursday, Aug. 24, at Bridgton Hospital.

He was born in Lewiston on April 16, 1979, the son of David R. Toothaker Sr. and Theresa Jane Frost Toothaker. He attended Oxford Hills High School and had been employed by T & K Concrete Co. He was a reckless free spirit, loved people and kids and was dearly loved by his family and friends.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and building things. He was the on-call contractor for his family. He loved old cars, his dog and riding his motorcycle.

He is survived by his parents of South Paris; his daughter, Victoria Toothaker of South Paris; his longtime companion, Stacy Hilts of South Paris; two sisters, Vicky Libby and her husband, Tim and their children, Leah and T.J., all of South Paris and Deborah LaBrecque and her husband, Michael and their children, Denise, Gabrielle and Jamison, all of South Paris; a brother, David R. Toothaker Jr. and his wife, Sandra and their children, Danielle, Rebecca and David III, all of Auburn; his maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Raymond Frost of Mechanic Falls; a special aunt, Beverly Douglas; and other aunts, uncles and cousins.
