Recently, I went on a tour bus trip – a first for me. It was a beautiful trip on a lovely day and one to remember. There was only one flaw: On the way home, a video was played for all to watch and relax, I believe it was “A League of Their Own.”

There was a mixed crowd of people and small children on the bus.

I considered it raunchy and obscene, with very, very foul language. One could cover the eyes of the children but the language was enough to gag a maggot.

I spoke to the tour guide quietly about the video and was informed that the tour shows only movies rated PG. But the parents had no way to choose what their children were exposed to.

Others might best be warned that when taking a bus tour, you might want to check the video selections.

Decent is a lost word today. The dictionary describes it as “socially proper actions.”

To each his own, I guess.
