STODDARD, N.H. (AP) – An 82-year-old New York man died Monday when his fishing boat overturned in Island Pond. Authorities say Bartolo Liberatore, of Sidney, N.Y., and another man were fishing around 11:30 a.m. when their boat capsized. Several people nearby helped pull Liberatore from the water, but he was pronounced dead at a Keene hospital.

The other man in the boat, Anthony Zieno, 78, also of Sidney, suffered hypothermia and exposure.
