Unless otherwise noted, the following will be arraigned on Nov. 7 in Rumford District Court:

• Travis Dragoon, 19, Rumford, violation of conditions of release, 2:28 p.m. Aug. 28 on John F. Kennedy Lane. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Tyler E. Amburg, 19, Dixfield, domestic assault, criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, 3:10 a.m. Aug. 28 on Waldo Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail. Amburg was also summoned on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. He will be arraigned on Oct. 3 in Rumford District Court.

• John R. Daudelin, 40, Mexico, operating under the influence, 8:10 p.m. Aug. 24, on Oxford Avenue. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Derek D. Dearborn, 18, Mexico, disorderly conduct, 8 p.m. Aug. 24. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Matthew Moscillo, 18, Canton, violation of conditions of release, 10:25 a.m. Sept. 1. He was taken to Oxford County Jail. Arraignment unavailable.

• Dana S. McKeen, 20, Canton, operating after suspension, 11:55 p.m. Aug. 30. He was released on unsecured bail.

• A 17-year-old Rumford boy, domestic assault, 1:38 p.m. Aug. 28 on Waldo Street. He was released to a parent. A juvenile court date has yet to be set for arraignment.

Mexico

Vehicles driven by James W. Gibbons, 49, of Maine Avenue, Rumford, and Randal J. Porter, 32, of Angie Lane, Mexico, collided at 9:50 a.m. Aug. 25 on Main Street. Gibbons’ four-door 1992 Ford sustained $2,000 damage. Porter’s 1992 GMC pickup truck sustained $500 damage.
