CHICAGO – More than 230 Thirty-second Degree Scottish Rite Masons were elevated to the Thirty-third Degree in a special ceremony on Aug. 29 at the conclusion of the annual meeting of the Supreme Council of Scottish Rite Freemasonry.

Honored from Maine were Warren S. Chase of Lewiston, retired U.S. Coast Guard; Robert J. Landry of West Gardiner, retired ironworker; Larry L. Hersom of Brewer, funeral director; William A.
